Frank Marioth

Frank M. Marioth, 66, of Decatur, went home to be with the Lord Monday, Oct. 10, 2016.

He was retired from the Meigs County Sheriff Dept., was a life time member of Meigs Emergency Services, and an FOP Member. He served our country in the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Almeda Marioth; sisters, Sandra Mollett and Polly Marioth; brother, Gary Marioth.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Marioth, of Decatur; sons, Blake Marioth and Tyler Marioth, both of Decatur; daughter, Cora Marioth, of Spring City; brother, David Marioth, of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, Gracie Johnson, Luke Suggs, Cameron Johnson, Hunter Suggs, Jasper Suggs, Jack Wilson, Tamara Ellison, Robert Bargy Jr., Sean White, Ashley James, Taylor Henderson, Rosey Stewart; 9 great-grand children; several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 12 pm Thursday in the Chapel of Bowers Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Rolen officiating. Interment to follow in Johnson Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm on Wednesday evening at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Charlie Godsey, Tyler Marioth, Coleman Elder, Tony Stewart, Jerry Lewis, Chris Ellison. Honorary pallbearer, Stephen Dunn.
