Elizabeth Lorrine Perry, age 90, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 26, 2020, at her home in Decatur.
She was an amazing woman that loved her family with all she had. She loved nothing more than when she was surrounded by her family sharing old stories and new memories. She was a devoted Christian that led by example. She had the ability of creating space in a conversation so that it glorified God. She led by example when it can to discipleship. Even in her last days her dedicated faith discipled one of her caregivers to accept the Lord into her life.
Preceded in death by her husband Curtis Perry, parents; Thea and Lula Hale.
Survivors include: her daughters and their husbands, Vickie and Mark Million, Curtina and Steve Barnes, grandchildren; Curtis and Jennifer Million, Marcus and Amanda Million, Lynsey and Tanner Cook, Sean and Betsy Barnes, Ben and Tina Barnes, Katlyn and Ryan Radcliffe, great grandchildren; Harper Barnes, Luke Barnes, Baker Million, Nima Barnes and several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
Graveside service on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 2 p.m. at Clearwater Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jamey Davis officiating.
If you would like to pay your respects you may do so on Saturday, May 2, 2020 in the Chapel of Bowers Funeral home from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm.
