Dustin Vance Brown, age 30 of Decatur, TN went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012. He is survived by his parents James Edward and Bethene Lu (Brown) Perkins, and two brothers, Jeremy Ray Perkins and James Kenneth "Kenny" Perkins, all of Decatur. The family will receive friends at Bowers Funeral Home on Monday, Feb. 13 from 6-8 p.m.
