Doris Lasley Bray

Doris Lasley Bray, 79, of Decatur, TN went to be with the Lord November 14, 2014, at her sons residence in Decatur. She was a member of the A Servant's Heart Fellowship. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Sarah Ellen (Williams) Lasley; her husband Hershel Bray; two sons Vernon and Tommy Siler; three sisters, America Jones, Maxine Bray, Edna Mae Rathbun. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-laws, James and Pam Siler, Melvin and Stacy Siler, all of Decatur; one sister, Dora Juanita Willoughby, of Knoxville; 7 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great- great grandchildren; special thanks to Hospice of Chattanooga and special nurse Allison Thompson. Funeral service will be held at 8 pm, Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014 in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jeff Scott officiating. Interment will be at 2 pm, Monday, Nov. 17, 2014 in Mountain View Memorial Gardens, Decatur. The family will receive friends from 5- 8 pm, Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014 at the funeral home.
