Debra Bowman

Debra Marie Bowman, age 67, of Decatur, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.

She was of the Catholic faith and a bank teller at local banks for many years. She enjoyed shopping, crafting, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Carl and Eva Umscheid; husband: Tony Bowman; daughter: Crystal Bowman Falls.

She is survived by her daughter: Kelly Bowman; grandchildren: Eli (Olivia) Loden, Madison Loden, Bryson Falls, Carson Falls, Chris Enloe Bowman, Rylan Callahan; great grandchild: Oakley; brother: Bobby Umscheid; boyfriend: Leon Nixon; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024 with the Rev. James F. Cross officiating. Interment will follow in the Decatur Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
