Deborah Ann Roberts

Deborah Ann Roberts, 55, of Athens, died on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2014 at Starr Regional Medical Center. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Alice (Graves) Moore; 2 brothers, Frank and Larry Moore. She is survived by her husband Charles Roberts of Athens; daughter and son-in-law, Misty and Josh Cole of Jonesboro; 2 brothers and sister-in-laws, Charles and Margaret Moore, Jackie and Phyllis Moore, all of Decatur; 2 sisters, Candis Shelton and Nora Nance both of Decatur; 3 grandchildren, Alexander, Andrew, Ally Grace Cole; special niece Donna Nelson. Funeral services were held on Sunday at 2 pm in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. Jim Bowers officiating. The family received friends at the funeral home 12 until 2 pm, Sunday.
