Crystal Fay Sledge, 33, of Evensville, passed away on Saturday, April 24, 2021. She was a member of Family Worship Center - Athens, TN. She is survived by her mother: Barbara Ford of Decatur, Fiancé: Brandon Hale of Evensville, brothers: Daniel Sledge (Dawn) of Decatur, Tony Pope of Nashville, TN, sisters: Karen Peterson (Jason) of Birchwood, Cheryl Blair of Decatur, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at Family Worship Center (250 Co. Rd. 378, Athens, TN 37303) with Pastor Thomas Climer officiating.
