Columbus Baker Edgemon

Columbus Baker Edgemon, age 95, of Ten Mile, TN, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2024. He was a son of the late Elmer and Tate Baldwin Edgemon. He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran, having served in the Korean War. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and an avid farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife: Nell Reed Edgemon, sisters: Georgianna Kelsey, Bernice Keylon. He is survived by his sons: David (Stacy), Doug, and Tommy (Kimberly) Edgemon, brother: Randy Edgemon, grandchildren: Erin, Kenny, Christopher, and Kirsten, three great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family. A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 in the chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services with the Rev. Mike Couch officiating. Interment will follow in the Edgemon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-3 p.m., prior to the service. Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services is honored to serve the Edgemon Family.
