Claudett Jiles Fisher

Claudett Jiles Fisher, age 78, of Ten Mile, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024, at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Claude and Polk Jiles; brother: Dennis Jiles; great granddaughter: Eva Blankenship; stepdaughter: Paula Meyers.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years: C.L. Fisher; son: Michael Blankenship; daughter: Debbie Blankenship; sisters: Marie Underwood, Norma Powers; stepchildren: Greg Fisher, Cindy (Ron) Coley, Tammy (Steve) Bradford, Richard (Missy) Fisher; grandchildren: Nick, Lee, and Heather Blankenship, Derek and Leigh-Ann Gennoe, Aaron Bradford, Amy Burkett, Zachery Maynor, Bailey Fisher, Beth Miller, Jaclyn Meyers, Tamara Walkowiak; several great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services with the Rev. Stacy Gennoe and the Rev. Tim Turnipseed. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon – 2 p.m., prior to the service.
