Carolyn Sue Womac

Carolyn Sue Womac, age 66, of Ten Mile, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 15, 2019 at the U.T. Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ethel Proffitt daughter, Renita Peak, brother, Ernest Proffitt and daughter-in-law Sandy Farrington.

Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Fred J. Womac, Sons and daughters-in-law, Benny and Tanya Farrington of Decatur and Thomas and Stacy Farrington of Ten Mile, daughter Tonya Vaughn of Athens, sisters: Dela Snyder and Nannie Wernicke both of London, Ky, Mary Hammontree of Cohutta, GA, Faye Saylor of Corbin, KY, and Brenda Proffitt of Corbin, KY, a sister-in-law, Trish Proffitt of Corbin, KY, Grand children: Timothy and Stephanie Peak, Christina and Tyler Hodgins, Zachary and Makala Farrington, William Farrington, Patrick Vaughn, Lee Hawkins, Ashley Vaughn, Cheyenne Hawkins, Brittany Farrington, Sean Farrington, Kaydee Stinnett, Madison Stinnett, Alyvia McCormick, Kevin McCormick, and Angel Farrington, Great Grandchildren: Aiden Peak, Kylee Peak, Timothy Peak, III, Adalyn Peak, Lonnie Vaughn, Sydney Williams, Eastyn Hodgins, Ansley Hodgins and Neyland Farrington, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

The family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Saturday, January 18. 2020 and proceedto the Roberts Cemetery in Ten Mile for the 11 AM graveside service. TheRev. Laurence Waller will officiate.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 5 - 8 PM at the funeral home
