Carol Dewanna Davis

Carl Dewanna Davis age 49, of Decatur, TN went home to be with the Lord on August 6, 2011. She was a member of the Walnut Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her brother Steven Davis; special nephew Brad Parker. She is survived by her parents Glen and Faye (Rockholt) Davis of Decatur, TN; special boyfriend Mark Branham of Decatur, TN; son David Lee Dase of Decatur, TN; like daughter Dana Allen of Decatur, TN; brother Scotty Davis of Decatur, TN; sister Tammy (Davis) Parker of Decatur, TN; one grandson Jacob Lee Grissom; one like grandson Austin Allen; a special nephew Chad Parker; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are 8:00 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2011 at the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Rymer and Rev. Jamie Davis officiating. Interment will be in the Walnut Grove Cemetery at 11 a.m., Monday, August 8, 2011. Family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Darrel Davis, Donny Davis, Randy Davis, Carl Voyles, Michael Monroe, Doug Howard and Zackk Haupert.
