Calvin King

Calvin Ray King, 54, of Decatur, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, April 7, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Sue Monroe King; and a sister Kathy Lamb.

He is survived by his wife Karen King of Decatur; son, Dustin King of Decatur and 2 daughters, Amanda and William Taylor of Indianapolis, IN, Opal King and Charle Bryant of Knoxville, TN; Father: Cecil King, two brothers Richard King of Kansas, MO and Andy King of Decatur, one sister Diane Desgranges of Riceville, TN and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 10, 2016 in the Bowers Funeral Chapel with Rev. Max Redman officiating, interment will follow in the Mt. View Memorial Gardens. Members of the family will serve as Pallbearers .

The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m., Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the funeral home.
