Brenda Gail Couey Guffey

Brenda Gail Couey Guffey, age 67, of Decatur, passed away on Friday February 4, 2022. She was a daughter of the late Paul and Lizzie Howard Couey. She was an avid quilter. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years: Boyd Guffey. Survivors include her sons: Barry Guffey of Tellico, Stacey Guffey (Stacie) of Cleveland; grandchildren: Hailey, Lylia, Brylee, Brenden, and Bryer Guffey. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 11a.m. in the Meigs County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
