Betty Ruth Dugger

Betty Ruth Schouggins Dugger age 73 of Decatur, TN, went home to be with the Lord on September 9 , 2016 in a local life care center. She was a native of Decatur and lived in this area most of her life. She was of the Christian faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Schouggins Sr. and Nona Johnson Schouggins. Two brothers, Jesse Schouggins, Jr. and James Schouggins

She is survived by her daughter, Margo Dugger Holder of Chattanooga, TN
Sister, Beatrice Brown of Cleveland, Tennessee
Several Nieces and Nephews and many cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m., on Monday September 12, 2016. at the funeral home. The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday September 13, in the Chapel of Bowers Funeral Home in Decatur with Rev. Kelly Goins officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery.
