Betty Jo Couch

Betty Jo Couch, 73, of Ten Mile, Passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 at Sweetwater Hospital. She was a daughter of the late Alton Horne and Bernice Horne and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Couch was preceded in death by her husband Ralph A. Couch, Jr. and three brothers, Lester Horne, Charlie Horne, and Jay Horne.

Survivors include; her daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Robert Brown of Ten Mile, sisters; Ann Chastain and Sarah Roach both of Dalton, GA, a brother; Johnny Horne also of Dalton, GA, a grandson: Derick Brown, and one great-granddaughter; Lila Brown. Several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends also survive.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at 1 pm in the Bowers Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Curtis Porter officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 7, 2016 from 5 till 8p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home, Inc, Decatur Chapel.
