Barbara Ann Shipley

Barbara Ann Shipley, 67, of Decatur, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at her home.

She was a daughter of the late George and Dorothy Bowling.

Survivors include her husband, Maurence Shipley of Decatur, daughters Eva Shipley of Tampa, FL and Mary Bowen of Orange Springs, FL, sons Thomas Shipley and Maurence Shipley III both of Decatur, a sister Margaret Puchala of Soddy-Daisy, TN, and brothers John Bowling, George Bowling, and Gary Bowling all of Old Town, FL. Seven grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends also survive.

There will be a Memorial service conducted at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the Denny Hill Baptist Church in Harrison, TN.

The family request that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to help with Barbara's final expenses .
