Amy Deanne Colbaugh Sledge, age 41, of Decatur, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.

She is preceded in death by father: Lee Colbaugh, grandparents: Winston Parker, John and Ruby Colbaugh.

She is survived by her mother and step-father: Joyce Parker and Jackie Charles, step-son: Will Sledge, grandparents: Myrtle and Bud Moore, sister: Jamie Holden (Tony Ferry), brother: Robbie Colbaugh (Ashley), nieces and nephews: Lili Holden, Parker Holden, Tinslee, Tori, and Taelyn Colbaugh, other extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church with Bro. Chris Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Grissom, Parker Holden, John T. Colbaugh, Tony Ferry, Jordan Wilkerson, and Kenny Moore. Honorary Pallbearers will be Levi King and James Crisp.

The family will receive from 12-2 p.m. prior to the service.
