Alton Floyd Thornton

Alton "Al" Thornton, age 62, of Decatur, TN passed away on Dec. 7, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Dovie Thornton; 1 brother, David "Tony" Thornton. He is survived by his wife Lisa Thornton; 4 sons, Tom Thornton, Jerry Thornton, Christopher Thornton, and Corey Thornton; 1 daughter, Shyann Harris; 2 sisters, Diane Whitehead and Sandy Hale; 4 grandchildren; Several nieces and nephews and extended family members. His journey on the earthly plane may have come to an end but in our hearts and souls he will always remain. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
