Aletha Gail Brown White

Aletha Gail Brown White, age 66, Passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at Memorial Hospital with her husband by her side. She was a resident of Decatur, TN. A faithful member of Union Grove Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family, and especially her grandkids, cooking, riding horses, camping, and having fun. She was preceded in death by her father: Roy “Kenneth” Brown, granddaughter: Allie Scott, grandson: Chase Scott, grandparents: Ed and Cora Crabtree, grandparents: Roy and Venna Brown. She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years: Jerry Edwin White, daughter and son-n-law: Sonya and Rodney Scott, son and daughter-in-law: Brian and Nichole White, grandkids: Savannah Scott, Shelby and Ty White, mother: Delphine Brown, sister and brother-in-law: Michele and Mike McKenzie, brother and sister-in-law: Terry and Donna Brown, several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 7 p.m. in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services with the Pastor Martin Bowlin officiating. Interment will be held at Walnut Grove Cemetery on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 11 a.m. Family will receive friends from 4-7 prior to the service.
