Adam Clay Meadows, Sr.

Adam Clay Meadows SR., age 52, of Dayton, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022, at Rhea Medical Center after receiving injuries from a vehicle accident. He was born to the late Mr. William (Wic) Meadows and Phyllis Ann (Brown) Meadows of Decatur, TN on June 29, 1970 in Dayton, TN. Clay was survived by his fiance’: Misti Brock of Dayton, TN, his children: CariAnn Meadows of Edmond, OK, KristaLee Meadows (Chris Simmons) of Rockwood, TN, Michelle McVay, Adam Meadows (Alexis Gilmore) of Dayton, TN, Nick Walker of Sale Creek, TN, Andrew Meadows, Luke Meadows (Ashley Bennett), Nevi Brock, and Raven Ricketts all of Dayton ,TN, Two brothers: Keith Meadows (Robin), Gary Meadows (Crystal), both of Decatur, TN. Several grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Clay recently moved back from Texas and became employed by Lazboy in Dayton, TN. He enjoyed spending his free time with family. He was a huge Dallas Cowboy fan his whole life. He played several sports with his Meadows family growing up. He was very loving and supportive of his entire family and was willing to help anyone whenever they needed it. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and eating Doritos while watching old movies. Funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, in the Chapel of Decatur Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
